About Police Now
Police Now was founded by two detective inspectors and a small team of constables and sergeants who thought that police recruitment and training could be done differently.
Our mission is to transform communities, reduce crime and anti-social behaviour, and increase the publicʼs confidence in the police service by recruiting, developing and inspiring outstanding and diverse individuals to be leaders in society and on the policing frontline.
We believe it is vital that police forces across England and Wales become more diverse and inclusive, not only to better represent the communities they serve, but also to provide better support and protect communities effectively.
