We’ve continued to grow, reaching £221.4m turnover in 2025/26, but growth for us isn’t simply about getting bigger. Our lawyers advise across everything from corporate transactions and real estate to financial services, disputes and fast-growth businesses, with our Corporate team alone advising public and private companies, investors, management teams and finance providers throughout the business lifecycle.

And while we're proud of our growth, what matters just as much is how we achieve it. We’re open, collaborative and curious, and we're always looking for a better way to do things. That could mean using technology to deliver work more efficiently, approaching a problem from a different angle or simply taking the time to really understand a client's business. Because great legal advice isn't just about knowing the law. It's about understanding what matters to the client and helping them get where they want to go.

We're currently redesigning our emerging talent programmes to ensure they continue to reflect the future needs of our clients, our people and the profession.
