In my role, I help Unilever employees develop and achieve their career goals, look after everything digital-learning and find ways to increase engagement. It is a truly fulfilling role and not one day is the same!

As a piece of advice for students seeking a placement at Unilever, make sure you take advantage of every opportunity and get involved in as many and diverse projects as possible. This is the best way to understand what you like, what you are good at and get out of your comfort zone.
