This industrial placement at Nomura has been a transformative experience that exceeded all of my expectations. As an intern, having roles and responsibilities that had a direct impact on the company pushed me to my boundaries and shaped me into a resourceful person in both my work and daily life. With the skills, knowledge, exposure and everything that I have developed over the year, Nomura has helped me become someone who is more prepared for my final year of university and any roles that I would be taking in my future career.
