What are your day-to-day activities?

A lot of my daily activities revolve around the intranet that we have. The platform hosts all the information and resources that employees can access. I write up many posts and articles to update all employees of the goings on of the business. I also have numerous opportunities to get involved in the internal launches of new products, conferences and events.

What is a project you have worked on that supports our People?

Planet Partner initiative

 As part of my role in Communications, I support multiple departments, such as the HR team. A project that I have been supporting is the Employee Opinion Survey, which falls under the People pillar.  

What have you enjoyed most about working in a cohort?

Working in a cohort has brought a lot of comfort for me. Entering a professional environment is daunting at first, so it’s nice to have people around you who feel the same. Everyone comes from different backgrounds and expertise, so I always have someone I know to help me with something I’m struggling with. It’s the kind of community I needed to enter my first professional role!
