How much responsibility do you have?
I feel I have sufficient responsibility. Although support is offered, I am fully responsible for the tasks delegated to me. Therefore, it is up to me to manage my time appropriately to ensure all tasks are completed.
What do you most enjoy about your role?
Working with the analyst team has been enjoyable for me. It has allowed me to get to know numerous employees around site and understand the business in greater detail. Through doing this I have been able to improve analytical skills which will help me in my future career.
Describe your biggest achievement?
My biggest achievement would be presenting at the Industrial meetings. This involved presenting to around 16 senior members of staff. During this time, I was able to improve my presentational skills which will aid me in the future.
How has this experience exceeded your expectations?
I have been able to learn and develop skills, through the use of systems such as SAP, SAGE, Concur etc. I have also been able to witness the transition from SAP to S4 Hana be carried out which has been insightful.
