1. What made you decide to come to IBM as a school leaver?
I chose to come to IBM as a school leaver as I was amazed by the endless opportunities you have as an IBMer and how passionate IBM are about empowering women and being inclusive. As well as being able to be a part of teams supporting projects that are having a big impact on society and the world today!
2. What hints or tips would you pass to those who are interested in applying to IBM as a school leaver?
The one tip I would pass on to those who are interested in applying to IBM as a school leaver is to just be yourself and have faith in what you can do and achieve!
3. What’s the best thing about your current role?
The best thing about my current role is being able to see the design changes I am making in real time on desktops and apps!
4. What support was available to you when starting at IBM?
There was endless support given to me when I joined, having both a Task Manager and a Foundation Manager gave me a great balance for the practical work I was doing as well as my goals outside of my day job. I also had a buddy who gave me an insight to social events and tips.
5. What’s the best thing about being at IBM?
The best thing about being at IBM is working alongside such inspiring, talented people working towards creating better experiences and making a positive difference to World and our future.
