Your usual working day
My role involves lots of communication with project managers and external agencies. I really enjoy the regular contact and building rapport with members. I am tasked with reviewing CVs, setting up and attending various interviews, attending recruitment events and creating statistics to feed into management reports.
What you enjoy most about working for CGI
The chance to move around the workplace and experience different roles meeting different people. I also really enjoyed the senior exposure I have received in certain roles.
Your top tip for someone considering the CGI and the programme you joined on
Make sure it is the right thing for you at the time and you are dedicated to it. It involves a lot of hard work but it is certainly worth it in the end.
