Level 3 Software Developer

Doing an apprenticeship with Capgemini has been a great experience over the last 6+ months. I’ve learnt so many skills and grown massively as a software engineer. I’ve been able to work on multiple projects and work with many different people, some of which are also on apprenticeships themselves.

But a highlight for me has been working with people that have tons of experience in the industry as the things I’ve learnt from them has been invaluable. Overall, an apprenticeship at Capgemini teaches the skills you need to excel at your job role, whilst gaining real working experience.
