Store Management Apprenticeship
At Aldi
Level 3 Apprenticeship
Aldi colleague, Jack, is completing an Aldi Store Management Apprenticeship as he wasn’t sure what to do after his A-levels and was looking for something rewarding.
Jack said:
“The Aldi Apprenticeship looked like a really good option for me. It offered lots of exposure and real-life experience and gave me a different path than university. I knew Aldi offered really good pay, flexible hours and a career, which made me more excited to apply.”
The Store Management Apprenticeship route typically takes up to 36 months to complete, and results in both Level 2 Retailer and Level 3 Team Leader qualifications.
Jack shared:
“During my apprenticeship, I’ve learned valuable skills needed to work in a store, including KPIs, sales and supporting customers. I am provided with training and can always turn to my manager for any help or support.
I’m learning so much, the apprenticeship has taught me how to deal with real-life situations I otherwise wouldn’t be exposed to. It’s given me the opportunity to grow and develop in my personal life and career.”
