The Programme is good because it gives us both the protection and confidence to branch into new areas of work within the business, with support. I enjoy it because I get to work with a variety of interested people while investigating problems.” Chartered Surveyor Apprentice, Valuation Office Agency![]()

If those impress, you’ll be invited to an assessment centre for apprentices, that will be jam-packed with group tasks and a final interview.
PRO TIP: Employers usually let you know what’ll happen on the day. So you’ll have a lot of time to prepare.
