Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Working on projects that are assigned to me by my supervisor such as PowerBI reports and dashboards, spreadsheet modelling, invoice queries
Answering questions from other members of the Finance Department

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
I was treated as a valuable member of the team in a number of ways. I was given responsibility and trusted to complete tasks that were important to the team. I was included in team meetings and was able to contribute my ideas. I am grateful for the opportunity to have worked with such a great group of people, and I am confident that I will continue to learn and grow as a professional.

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
My supervisor was always available to answer my questions, and I always felt like my supervisor was willing to take the time to explain things to me.
I had the opportunity to work with a team of experienced professionals and learned a lot, and I was able to get their feedback on my work.
I was given the opportunity to attend training sessions which helped me to improve my skills and knowledge.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
There was a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration. Employees were always willing to help each other out, and they were always looking for ways to improve the company.
The employees were all very friendly and welcoming. I always felt like I was part of the team, and I was always able to get help when I needed it.

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
I was given the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, which allowed me to learn new skills and expand my knowledge. I was able to develop my existing skills. I was given the opportunity to use my existing skills in a real-world setting, which helped me to improve my skills and become more proficient. I was able to see how my skills and knowledge could be applied in a real-world setting.
