Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
My role is to assist with the progress of audits, mainly focussing on execution. I will be assigned FSAs that are my responsibility for completing in time with agreed deadlines.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes I was responsible for sections assigned to me and it was expected that I would complete these by asking for help when I needed it and remembering to answer review points even after I've finished my allocated time on a job.

Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
I have learnt many new skills, especially with proficiency with excel and audit technical skills. My interpersonal skills have also developed a lot since joining as I am constantly working in a team and with audited entity staff.

I have received a lot of support and guidance when I have asked for it. There is a lot to learn and people understand you don't really know anything when you first join so are supportive and always willing to help.
