Audit IP Review

You usually work on the same client for a few weeks, you get assigned different financial areas to work on, this depends on day to day on where you are up too in the audit or what information has been recieved from the client.
Regular team meetings.
Meetings with the clients team.
Often you get to visit client sites, which can be all over the country.

Yes, I would say I was given a fair amount of responsibility for my job role, however, there was always a higher member in my team who I could speak too if I was having a difficult time.

I feel like I always had a person to talk to if I had an issue or I just needed some help to complete some work, there was always a manager/assistant manager who was available to help me. They were always happy to help my complete my tasks, even when they themselves were busy.
Additionally, BDO is framed in a way where if you have a general issue you are able to express this

Everyone in the office is really friendly, even the partners are really friendly and welcoming, everyone makes you feel very comfortable when in the office.
The culture is very welcoming and accepting.

So far I have really enjoyed my time on this placement, it is a job with a lot of variation and no job is exactly the same, which means you are always able to engage fully in a job and it keeps your interest.
