Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

This programme is aimed primarily at students seeking an insight into a career in Audit and consulting who come from a low socioeconomic background.
Three day specially designed program for candidates which ends with a launch pad assessment centre.
Assessment centre includes group discussion, Presentation-Roleplay, Interview, Self reflection. Have chance to interact with C level officers and senior members of the organisation, ask and learn from their experiences. Learn about how KPMG values, commitment to ESG values and how company supports the employee wellbeing and many more. Transparent to the core and gives a valuable office-work experience for you!!

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

Career progression and team structures were laid out before you to instill success in candidate minds. Success story of partners and other graduates for hungry young minds to see both ends of a career.
Clearly shows how KPMG delivers value to the clients and stakeholders.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Was very impressed by the culture of collaboration and teamwork. The emphasis on building long lasting relationship with clients as key for success.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
