Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

3 days. 1st day was in-person and consisted of talks from employees from different business areas. Tour of the office. Group activity focusing on ESG.
day 2 was presenting our group work and learning more about KPMG values.
day 3 consisted of online assessment centre followed by workshops in programming in Python and KPMG charities.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

It was definitely interesting and the employees were really honest about their experience and were happy to connect with us on linkedin and answer any of our questions.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Very welcoming and diverse and was an exciting place to learn and you could tell everyone there was very passionate about their job and also passionate about driving KPMG's growth and embodying its values.

Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

Thoroughly enjoyed it. Met a lot of very cool and highly experienced people. Would definitely recommend to others. Their focus on social mobility in particular was really amazing.
