Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

- Improvement of the return process for defective parts
- Creation of a new tool for optimal monitoring of defects reported by dealers.
- Creation of a dashboard. Coordination and steering of KPI's
- Analysis of data to offer improvement opportunities
- Support and implementation of quality improvements through the problem management process
- Pre-series car inspections

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

I was responsible for proposing improvements on any processes.
I was accountable for the part return process, from the discussion with the dealer to return the part to the internal analysis

I have developed my industrial skills. I have got familiar with Power Bi and the different processes used in the plant (Leather, Painting, Wood, Car assembly).
I am now fluent in English.

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

I really enjoyed my internship. I marveled at the design, the quality of the products. I could see many awesome things that I would not have seen in many companies
