Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The day consisted of immersive sessions that provided me with valuable insights into various technology divisions, with the opportunity to engage in interactive exercises that furthered my understanding of the field. There were numerous networking sessions and technical challenges.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Through gaining a comprehensive understanding of the business, I was able to broaden my perspective on the various divisions and roles within the organization, and how they work together to achieve common goals. This experience not only helped me identify areas where I would like to focus my career but also provided me with a better understanding of the collaborative culture and values of the company.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The company culture was welcoming and collaborative, where employees were eager to support one another both in their professional and personal lives. The strong sense of community was exemplified through various growth programs and mentor-like support, as well as through various social events that provided opportunities for team members to connect and unwind outside of work.
