lots of networking and conversation starting - a willingness to learn is essential
Shadowing people working on desks and asking as many questions as possible to gain a coherent understanding of what they do in their day to day, their product, and how to trade it

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
it was made very clear what the oportunities presented to us were, and how we could get them
There was a real emphaisis on reaching out and finding the sector that is the right fit. Everyone was incredibly conversational and nice

incredibly personable and friendly.
In my teams there was quite a flat structure and every member of the team really added value

This was such an amazing experience.
I honeslty have never seen so many women in a room in finance, it was so motivating.
