Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Fantastic experience which gave a true insight into the world of banking. Not for the faint hearted! Long hours and a project at the end of it but overall a very rewarding experience. Being immersed is the best way to learn, this programme offers a unique hands-on approach which I thoroughly enjoyed. It will show you whether banking is for you- sink or swim!
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Very eye opening, banks are a lot larger and more diverse than I thought.

Very kind and welcoming, felt greatly supported. MDs mix opening with interns making it less daunting.
