Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
During the spring week, we learnt about Morgan Stanley as a global business and how they operate. There were firmwide sessions with speaker panels, professional skills sessions and networking lunches. The divisional days involved very interactive sessions including work shadowing where we visited the trading floors, trading games and a practice sales pitch. We finished the week off with a charity activity with all the divisions.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was incredibly insightful and interesting learning about how the business operates. I did not realise just how many roles there are just within sales and trading.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I really enjoyed the spring week! The S&T program was a lot more interactive than I had anticipated. I loved meeting everybody on the program.
