Technical knowledge delivered in seminar-like structure. Networking lunches and drinks with peers on the insight programme and other employees.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Everyone was keen to help, employees I networked with and HR who helped run the programme. Junior and senior staff were approachable and happy to be involved throughout the week.
