Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
On a day to day basis i would recieve calls and help the clients with their problems but refrained from providing legal advice. Sometimes i would also be present in court with the client and then also fill out forms with the client that would be needed for their case.

I was i had the opportunity to be a Lead Volunteer.

I was provided a lot of support even when the main managers would be away there would be a remote manager who would be fully remote but be able to help with any queries.
