Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
On an average day, I will worked on one or two influencer campaigns, managed events, and assisted with digital, social, and ecommerce assets.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes, by the final two quarters I was managing entire areas of large campaigns by myself and entire smaller campaigns myself.

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
I had a placement tutor from Henley who was available during my entire placement in case I needed any help, and I had two meetings with him throughout the year, one in person to check on my progress.

Company Culture
What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
HP was great, as the culture among the employees was really friendly and casual. Also, as an intern, it was great because their intern program is a pillar within the company and so many full-time employees were previous interns, so they really understood our mindsets and when we had committments to the intern activities outside of our roles, like the Intern Charity committee.

What advice would you give to others applying to HP Inc.
Make sure to have an understanding of the company and its history, functions, products and services so that you seem more prepared and interested. Remain professional, but still let your personality shine through. And don't confuse it with HPE as they are completely separate entities!
