What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Managing index portfolios, including cash and FX management, managing flows, and other client related activities. I enjoy the structure of the role, lending itself to a routine as well as project work.

Why?
UBS has helped me prepare initially for my grad scheme, providing training before the rotation start date. Since then my managers have prioritised my learning to help me pick up as much as possible on the desk.

For the recruitment process make sure you learn the role. And for any onboarding do it as soon as it comes to you
