What advice would you give to others applying to Northern Care Alliance
I would also recommend being prepared to step outside your comfort zone. The placement provides opportunities to develop both practical and interpersonal skills, so being willing to try new tasks and take on responsibility can make the experience even more valuable. Most importantly, I would encourage applicants to be approachable, reliable and patient-centred, as these qualities are highly valued within a healthcare environment.
