Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
My days varied throughout my placement, some days i would be doing one project and other days I would be doing other work. On a daily basis i had to communicate with service transition teams and technology departments. I would attend on average one meeting a day and would use the rest of my day to work on my projects, like quality engineering and UX Design
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
I was given varying levels of responsibility throughout my placement, i started with small roles and was gradually given full blown projects which i would own.

I had constant support available from my line manager and placement buddy when required. I always had a friendly face to turn to for any kind of support

Company Culture
What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
It was very relaxed. The workplace was very laid back and not formal at all. There is a great sense of community at the bank. Though i feel it lacks social opportunities
