Managing a team of 60 staff and 46 residents

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Changed the appenticeship provider after we commenced our apprenticeship and changed tutor without even telling me. The work the initial tutor marked at distinction level is now being returned to us by our new tutor as there isn't enough information in it, as you can imagine we are not happy about this.

I feel I already know my job role very well as I have 15 plus years in a managerial role and 31 years in care.
I know more about legislation now after covering it in my course.
