My role is supporting adults with disabilities at a day service, running activities that they enjoy and giving the individual support where needed. I am also required to complete paperwork regarding the individuals.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am enjoying the programme, learning new things and reaffirming information that I already know it has made me more confident to support the individuals. That being said due to the nature of my job the individuals come first and I am not always feeling fully supported, by my managers, to complete my apprenticeship.
