Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Morning standups, followed by both individual and team programming up until lunch. Then more programming towards the evening. Conversations with members of the company throughout the day, especially if you need dev ops changes.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
As much responsibility as you want to take when you join. You are immediately left to get work done and achieve your goals.

Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
Project management, a deeper understanding of C# and projects within C#. Learnt what makes good leadership following a small primer on situational leadership, and after leading standups for a week.
