Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
providing tax advisory services on company transactions, it involves:
1. Setting up the take-on process for each engagement and doing conflict checks on clients to ensure the transaction is legal
2. working with seniors to comprise the most optimal legal entity structure to optimise dividend/CGT and make the repatriation of money back to investors easy
