Overall, how would you describe your experience at Network Rail?

Excellent thanks to the variety of projects I’ve got involved in during my placements.

What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?

Completing time-sensitive tasks carefully and reliably (enjoyed).
Carry out checks, identify hazards and report issues promptly through correct channels (enjoyed).
Communicate openly across teams and adapt positively to changing priorities during early starts, late finishes and night work (enjoyed).

To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?
