I was given increasing responsibility throughout my time at Deloitte which allowed me to own parts of deliverables.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

The company culture really varied from project to project as everyone worked differently and every client worked differently. Overall I would describe it as a very welcoming atmosphere.

What advice would you give to others applying to Deloitte

I would advise that people applying to Deloitte take the initiative to speak directly to the employees at the firm. This can be done through outreach via LinkedIn or attending career fairs, and that is the most authentic way to get to know the firm.
