Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
I was an Intern placed in the private enterprise and corporate listed and regulated audit team. It involves auditing some of the biggest companies in the UK. I would meet with the team in person 3-4 days of the week the rest at home. I would help the team with whatever tasks they required doing.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes, at one point I prepared my own document from scratch which was used to audit a FTSE 100 company.

Loads of support. I had meetings with my manager frequently and was provided a buddy who was a graduate and helped through the first couple of weeks with weekly check ins.
