Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

We were given a schedule of various sessions and activities such as sessions on AI and workplace culture and activities to prepare for a project. This project was given to us regarding a study and we presented it to a panel of Deloitte employees.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

The 2 days were extremely insightful and I got to know more about how the Audit and Tax divisions run at Deloitte

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I learnt to prepare a presentation with a group within a day which was new and different to any insight day and internship I have taken part in. I developed a lot of existing interpersonal skills such as teamwork and communication skills

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

It was so informative to learn about the company culture. Speaking to a Director in the Deloitte Tax division was truly insightful and I got to learn a lot about how inclusive and diverse the company is
