Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

On a day-to-day basis, my role involves delivering flawless 5-star service for the iconic Afternoon Tea service. This includes meticulous restaurant set-up to meet exact standards, liaising closely with the kitchen to ensure swift and accurate orders (especially regarding specific dietary requirements), and actively building rapport with guests to provide an elite hospitality experience.
