Women Who Audit: Step into Summer Review

The Women Who Audit: Step Into Summer Program helped brief my peers and me on what life is like working with Deloitte, along with the basics of understanding Audit and what the next steps are.

We were given the responsibility not to share any of the slides which we were shown, and I will continue to uphold that responsibility.

I developed my existing skills of listening, and learnt more skills about auditing.

I received so much support and guidance from the Deloitte early careers team. I felt as though there was a lot of communication, which made me feel significantly less stressed and worried going into it. The early careers team were very helpful and responsive when I was asking questions.

Deloitte has a very positive work culture where everyone looks out for each other's well-being, and makes sure everyone is producing the best work they can without being negative. Everyone I spoke to and listened to that day spoke very positively about Deloitte and how helpful they are in including everyone and making sure everyone's needs are met.

I absolutely loved it! I felt as though it reinforced my dreams of working for Deloitte, and it was super enjoyable to hear about everyone's individual experiences. I especially enjoyed listening to the presentation about making partner, how Deloitte has supported her and what steps are necessary to take. She truly inspired me!
