Given significant responsibility within the department, I independently made daily pricing decisions and led projects and tasks on behalf of my manager and team, delivering results with minimal supervision.

My placement year was a period of significant professional growth. As an example, presenting ideas regularly boosted my confidence and effectiveness in public speaking. Completing multiple projects and deadlines also enhanced my time‑management and prioritisation skills. Technically, I established a strong foundation in Microsoft Excel and expanded my capabilities within the Power Platform enivronment, particularly with Power BI and Power Apps.

I was supported and guided throughout my placement by my immediate team and by colleagues throughout the department, which enhanced my learning and development across the course of my year.
