Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

Problem solving and root cause analysis of concept-related problems on production vehicles in the assembly plant.
Some day-to-day tasks include concept analysis, line trials, CAD modelling & rapid prototyping for immediate containments & long term solutions.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

Yes! My team were very supportive and trusting; they increased my responsibility from task support to topic ownership over the course of the year.

Great support from my immediate team.
Not much experience with HR however they have a dedicated 'future talent' support team if needed.

Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

Very much - my team were very supportive and trusted me with the responsibilities a full-time employee would have. There are also a lot of opportunities within the wider department and business to get involved with if you are proactive.
