- cad and 3d modelling for process improvement
- pm creation
- doing others orders
- attending meetings
- quoting for parts

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

No, my manager had nearly nothing to do with me and spoke to me maybe once a week usually to ask me about my car, there was next to no managemnt this was shown when my placement review came around with a representative from my university came and manager was unable to answer simple questions about what I had been doing.

Support and Guidance

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?

Near to none.
The answers from others was often we will look at it tomorrow or remind me later. my manager was especially poor when it came to communication and pushing me to get work done or answer questions. I had to ask for a month review which only ended up happening 3 times. I also gave emails about weekly progress updates this was ignored.

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Fun people in places able to communicate well and give guidance. there was a constant feeling of everyone just trying to find a way to take credit for others work and or stab each other in the back for there own personal gain.
