Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Supporting brand communications and customer journey activity, particularly around new model launches, helping plan and deliver consistent messaging across all channels. Contributing to the end-to-end process from initial communication planning through to market launch and ongoing customer engagement, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints e.g. digital channels, newsletters, email campaigns and social media to name a few!
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
I was given lots of opportunities to increase my responsibilities as I proved over time that I could handle the tasks. I was acting as an executive, with my work having a meaningful impact on the team and the department.

I had a handover month with my previous intern which was really valuable. I also had weekly 1:1s with my managers to get any support I may need.

Friendly, coffee culture atmosphere. Everyone is so enthusiastic about the brand its a very happy environment.
