The on the job learning has been great and opportunities to speak to and hear from experienced people delivering training has been great.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is well organised, Friday emails to show what the next week looks like can be a little late sometimes especially for ITAP weeks but you are given notice of these at the beginning of the year.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My school have not offered me much extra support. I have been given a difficult class and my mentor hasn't been given the appropriate amount of time to support me correctly.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

He is always at the end of an email when extra support is needed, he is really helpful and understanding.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I have learnt a lot throughout this year and it has helped me become a better teacher. Although, some Friday sessions have been unnecessary.
