Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I work 4 days per week as a secondary teacher, and then do the apprenticeship training one day per week.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I learned a lot from the programme and it defiantly made me a better teacher. My biggest complaint is that dates were given to us quite late, which added to the stress of juggling teaching and the apprenticeship.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I am a much strong teacher, with good behaviour management skills and tons of scope for adapting my teaching. My subject knowledge has increased significantly.
