My role is as an apprentice teacher. My daily tasks include managing the class, planning and delivering the lessons and working as part of a team.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have thoroughly enjoyed the apprenticeship. The learning experiences have been great, and have helped to develop my teaching skills massively.

I had very little knowledge of pedagogy and how to actually teach, and now I have lots!

The structure of the Ripley program is great. Everything is laid out clearly at the start of the year and this is followed through.

I have had great support from the team at Ripley, not just from my personal tutor.
