Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

This role consisted of managing Safety Recall mailings for the UK and NI. Requesting and processing lots of data as well as reporting using excel. Also handling Delivery STOPs and VIN updates to Technical Campaigns and Safety Recalls.

All interns were given a lot responsibility from the start.

Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

Overall it was positive. Great opportunity and friendly workplace and team. Amazing experience and events you can try to get involved in. However it could have done with having more networking and learning development opportunities being set up by team. Day to day can be quite similar unfortunately.
