Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
My role revolved around maintaining relationships with clients answering ad-hoc queries about their portfolios and maintaining systems operationally for client setup.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
A large amount of responsibility - I didn’t have my own clients but worked closely with the CSM’s in aiding client queries.
