I had a really great team of staff members helping me throughout my apprenticeship and also a great teacher (tutor) very professional helpful in all aspects of teaching and providing support as well as clear communication and always going above and beyond .

I learned many new sales skills and techniques from webinars as well as from first hand experience during my time

My job role is basically sales and it helped a lot being taught new tactics and different type of customers how to help and handle situations .

If all the teachers are like my tutor I’d 100% recommend this apprenticeship to them as the whole process tasks learning uploading meetings was very professional clear understanding and helpful throughout all of it .
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Toolstation?
Be open minded to learning new skills and techniques and take all the support that’s given you’ll have a good time .
