Sourcing candidates through social media/ job boards and completing the relevant compliance for these candidates to allow them to start work with us.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes, the responsibility of managing my workload and sourcing the number of candidates needed to attain targets. I also had the responsibility of collecting all the correct compliance documents for every candidate brought through.
