You will have a buddy (Analyst / Associate) to guide you through everything throughout the internship. And, HR and Talent & Development Team will be always there to help you. Everybody at Wells Fargo is very approachable regardless of their business lines. All in all, you will be given a lot of support and guidance.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The culture is very positive and supportive. Unlike other banks, here at Wells Fargo, you will get exposure to senior people and they are always happy to chat, help and give guidance.
