The Mental Health Wellbeing Team provides short-term, strengths-based early intervention for Lancashire adults aged 18+ under the Care Act 2014. The service promotes independence, wellbeing, community connection, and resilience, helping people achieve meaningful outcomes and prevent longer-term care needs.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have just started on the Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship Level 6 which is based at Blackpool and The Fylde College.

As I have just started we have only covered 2 modules. I have learnt about mangement structure and managing people.

I can't faul it. The communication has been very good and I am aware of what is expected.
